When is Glow open?
We are open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and some evenings and Saturdays by appointment only.
Where is Glow located?
GLOW is located at 570 El Camino Real in Redwood City. This is one block south of Whipple Avenue, cross street Hopkins Avenue. Our office is in Suite 260, on the second floor. There is stair access available on both ends of the building and elevator access on the left side. Free parking is available in the parking lot in front of the building. Do you charge for a consultation?
No. We view the consultation process as an opportunity to learn more about your goals and determining whether or not we can help you meet them.
Will I meet the doctor during my consultation?
Yes, during your consultation you will likely meet several members of the GLOW team, including our Patient Care Coordinator and one of our Doctors.
How do I make an appointment?
You are always welcome to call us at 650.556.0200 to schedule your appointment. If you call outside of our normal office hours, please leave a detailed message. We’ll call you back at the earliest opportunity. You can also request an appointment by email through our Contact Us message form, or by simply emailing us at info@glowmedical.com.
Who performs the procedure(s)?
At Glow Skin Revived, all medical treatments and procedures are performed by our experienced doctors, while aesthetician services are skillfully administered by our caring aestheticians.
What procedures are offered at Glow Skin Revived?
We provide a range of proven cosmetic medical and surgical treatments. Our services include Botox® , dermal fillers and a suite of laser services, including SmartSkin CO2™, and Fraxel® skin resurfacing, laser hair removal, IPL treatments, laser skin rejuvenation and Titan® skin tightening. Body sculpting procedures, including Smartlipo MPX™ laser liposuction and Triactive™ cellulite therapy, form a cornerstone of our aesthetic practice. Breast Augmentation without the need for general anesthesia. We also offer comprehensive vein therapy and a full menu of advanced skin care (medical aesthetician) services.
Do you accept insurance?
No. We limit our practice to elective cosmetic medical treatments, which are not covered by insurance.
What are your payment terms?
We accept cash, check or credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express). Payment is due, in full, at the time of treatment.
